Welcome to the neighborhood
Officially North Laguna Creek. Locally, just North Laguna.
North Laguna Creek is the officially recognized neighborhood in South Sacramento that locals simply call North Laguna. It is the last community you will see in Sacramento, before entering the city of Elk Grove. It has a great community park, called North Laguna Creek Park. The parks have walking trails and bike trails. It is a great place where the community regularly congregates on weekends. You have the Elk Grove school district and the local community college all within walking distance. There is a local light rail station and additional public transportation. The system allows you the opportunity to travel anywhere within Sacramento All conveniently located not far from the local college. Near are local hospitals, Kaiser, Mercy, shopping and the 99 freeway. This community is my home turf. I love it. I came just for a minute and 20 years later I am still here.
